Payment has to be paid before the last registration date to bank account. Transfer fee is always on the competitor side.
Title of the payment has to contain FIGHTERS NAME, CATEGORY AND WEIGHT.
WEIGH IN:
Weigh in at the competition arena on the day of the event between 7.15-9.00.
The fights are scheduled to begin at 10.00
The venue is open at 07.00 on March 16th for all competitors and coaches for registration process.
Attention:
All athletes registered for this tournament must have a medical clearance certificate indicating no objections for participating in martial arts competitions and health insurance for sports practice.
ALL ATHLETES MUST BE ON TIME FOR REGISTRATION PROCESS! Don't be late!
An official obligatory rules meeting for all athletes and coaches will be held at 9.15 on the center mat.
Door for spectators is open at 8.00. Spectators entrance: free
Referee seminar will be held on March 15th. Place and time will be announced.

Athletes must be present for weigh-in when the division is called. Athletes, who are overweight will be automatically disqualified and cannot compete.
No refund of competiton fees in any case of wrong registrations, not showing up for fight or being disqualified for overweight or not being at the registration and/or weigh-in or any other reasons.
Athletes who are alone in a category and do not move to other categories on their own will be automatically moved to a higher category.
A list of competitors will be published on March 1st at www.martialmatch.com . Please check, if you are listed and if you are in the right division.
March 9th 12.00 p.m. (noon) is the final date for any changes in the lists. To change your division please make changes by yourself at www.martialmatch.com . Final Brackets will be published on March 11th. A detailed timetable will be announced on the March 12th. Everything will be published at www.martialmatch.com
