GENERAL INFORMATION

Place: Brno, Czech Republic

Date: 27th May 2023

Concept: In one day and one place there is OPEN tournament and GALA TEAMS. There'll also be an OPEN tournament for kids (in a different hall than the tournament for adults).

OPEN tournament: OPEN tournament for all weights and skill levels categories in NO-GI and GI, ROUND ROBIN system. Beginners, intermediate and profi fighters will gain so much experiences in minimum 4 guaranteed matches per category. Winners win medals and sponzor´s gifts.

GALA TEAMS (invitation only): Two 5-man teams Czechia and Slovakia against each other in teams event. Sum of weight of all GALA fighters in team must be 400 kg or lower.

FOLLOWING INFORMATION ARE ONLY FOR ADULT OPEN TOURNAMENT.

Rules: ADCC for NO-GI and also GI

SCHEDULE OF THE DAY

Weigh-ins of all grapplers: from 7:00 a.m., no later than 90 minutes before REAL start of category. (Times are dynamic and start of category can be earlier than expected).

8:30 - 10:00 a.m.: GALA tournament:

ca. 10:00 a.m.: OPEN tournament begins

Estimated end of the OPEN tournament 7:00-8:00 p.m.

WEIGHT-IN: Weight tolerance = 500 g. In case of failure to meet this limit fighter is moved to higher weight category if the higher category starts not earlier than in 1,5 hour.

SYSTEM ROUND ROBIN: If there will be at least 5 fighters in category, at least 4 matches are guaranteed. Guarantee is not valid in case of injury, walkover including not meeting weight limit.

ENTRY FEES:

Payment received till 15th May 2023, 11:59 p.m. €37 / 175 PLN / 900CZK

Payment received till 22nd May 2023, 11:59 p.m. €46 / 215 PLN / 1100 CZK

OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Tournament will be equipped with 8-11 mats for adults and another 8 mats for kids. Also warm up mats are available.
