Rejestracja: Warunkiem uczestnictwa jest zarejestrowanie się w panelu rejestracyjnym i uiszczenie opłaty startowej. Nie wykonanie jednej z tych rzeczy, będzie skutkowało niedopuszczeniem do zawodów.

Po 5.10.2025 nie ma możliwości rejestracji!
Opłata startowa jest uzależniona od terminu wpłaty:
- 120 zł do 21.09.2025
- 170 zł od 22.09.2025 do 28.09.2025
- 220 zł od 29.09.2025 do 5.10.2025
Jeśli zarejestrowałeś się w pierwszym terminie, ale uiszczasz opłatę startową w drugim lub trzecim terminie, obowiązuje Cię adekwatna kwota do danego terminu rejestracji. Dla przykładu. Zarejestrowałeś się 10.09.2025, ale płacisz 25.09.2025, obowiązuje Cię kwota 170 zł.
Istnieje możliwość startowania w różnych kombinacjach kategoriach wiekowych:
- Master I może startować w Adultach
- Master II może startować również w Master I oraz w Adultach
- Master III może startować również w Master II, Master I oraz w Adultach
Warunkiem jest wpłacenie odpowiedniej ilości opłaty startowej w zależności od ilości wybranych kategorii. Nie ma możliwości startowania w dwóch kategoriach wagowych.
Kategorie wiekowe poniżej juniora, nie mogą startować w wyższych kategoriach wiekowych.

W razie wysyłania grupowego przelewu, prosimy o wpisanie w tytule wszystkich nazwisk za które wpłacane jest startowe, bądź wysłanie maila z pełną listą osób.
Opłata startowa w żadnym wypadku (brak zdeklarowanej wagi, niepojawienie się, kontuzja, choroba, nieodpowiedni strój, brak walk, brak przeciwnika, brak dokumentów, brak rejestracji w panelu rejestracyjnym) nie będzie zwracana!
WAŻNE!!! Zawodnik zostanie dopuszczony do walki jedynie wówczas, gdy przedstawi organizatorowi przy weryfikacji ubezpieczenie NNW dotyczące uprawiania sportów walki lub oświadczenie o posiadaniu ubezpieczenia NNW oraz ważne badania lekarskie od lekarza sportowego! Jeśli przy weryfikacji okazuje się ubezpieczenie grupowe, musi ono posiadać pełną imienną listę osób ubezpieczonych. Dzieci, Młodzicy, Młodsi-Juniorzy, Juniorzy - dodatkowo zgoda na start od rodziców bądź prawnych opiekunów!
Zawodnicy, którzy są sami w danej kategorii i nie przeniosą się samodzielnie do innej kategorii, zostaną automatycznie przeniesieni do wyższej kategorii.
Ostateczne listy startowe pojawią się w niedzielę 5 października o 23.59. Będzie można zmienić kategorię wagową do poniedziałku 6 października do godziny 10.00.
Organizator zastrzega sobie prawo, iż może nanieść zmiany w dowolnym momencie, jeśli wynika to z jego winy.
Drabinki pojawią się 6 października.
Harmonogram pojawi się 7 października.
Harmonogram jest dynamiczny, więc zastrzegamy, iż należy być na sali nie później niż godzina przed planowanym startem swojej kategorii. Organizator zastrzega, że może przyspieszyć start walk o maksymalnie 60 min.

No registration possible after 15.06.2025!
The entry fee depends on the payment date:
- PLN 120 until 21.09.2025
- PLN 170 from 22.09.2025 to 28.09.2025
- PLN 220 from 29.09.2025 to 5.10.2025
If you registered in the first term, but pay the entry fee in the second or third term, you are charged the amount appropriate to the given registration date. For example. You registered on 15.09.2025, but pay on 23.09.2025, you are charged the amount of PLN 170.
It is possible to start in different combinations of age categories:
- Master I can start in Adults
- Master II can also start in Master I and Adults
- Master III can also start in Master II, Master I and Adults
The condition is to pay the appropriate amount of the entry fee depending on the number of selected categories.
It is not possible to start in two weight categories. Age categories below junior cannot start in higher age categories.

In the event of sending a group transfer, please enter in the title all the names for which the entry fee is paid, or send an email with a full list of people.
The entry fee will not be refunded in any case (lack of declared weight, no-show, injury, illness, inappropriate clothing, no fights, no documents, no registration in the registration panel)!
Weigh-in:
Weigh-in starts at 8:00 am.
The weigh-in will be open throughout the day of the competition.
The weigh-in must be completed no later than 30 minutes before the start of your category. A competitor will be allowed to fight only if he/she presents the organizer during verification with personal accident insurance regarding practicing combat sports or a declaration of having personal accident insurance and valid medical tests from a sports doctor! If group insurance is shown during verification, it must have a full list of insured persons. Children, Youths, Younger Juniors, Juniors - additionally consent to start from parents or legal guardians!
Competitors who are alone in a given category and do not move to another category on their own will be automatically moved to a higher category.
The final start lists will appear on Sunday, October 5 at 23:59.
You will be able to change your weight category until Monday, October 6, 10:00.
The organizer reserves the right to make changes at any time if it is his fault.
The brackets will appear on October 6.
The schedule will appear on October 7.
The schedule is dynamic, so we reserve that you must be in the gym no later than one hour before the planned start of your category. The organizer reserves the right to advance the start of the fights by a maximum of 60 minutes.
