How to register competitor to event?

User account registration

In order to register competitor to event in management system you need an account.

  1. On main page click on Create account in top right corner menu or click Go to registration on login page.
  2. Fill in all fields in form on page you'll get to. Mark also consents to process personal data in order to allow organizers of event to process your data i.e.: share results, brackets etc.
  3. When you finish, click on Send form button to confirm registration.
  4. If form is successfully sent, you will be redirected to main page of website.
  5. Your account is created. Proceed to next steps.

Account activation

In order to use system and be able to register competitors to events, you have to activate your account.

  1. Check your e-mail box you used during registration. You should get email to confirm activation of your account.
  2. Open link (URL) from email in your web browser.
  3. After opening link you should be redirected to login page, you will see message that account got activated.
  4. You can now login to system by using your e-mail and password used during registration.

Your competitors database

In order to register competitors to events, you have to put them first to your own database connected to your account in system.

  1. After the successful login, go to top right menu and click My competitors.
  2. You'll get to My competitors page, click Add competitor button.
  3. Fill in form by providing first name and last name of your competitor and rest of the required data, click Save button then.
  4. If you want, you can create more competitors in your database.

That's it. You're ready to register your competitors to chosen events.

Registering competitors to event

While you're logged in system, you can register competitors from your database.

  1. Click on Event registrations in top right menu.
  2. You'll see list of available events you can register to. Choose event by clicking its name.
  3. You will be redirected to registration page of event, click Register your competitor.
  4. Small window will appear. It contains all competitors from your database. Click Choose button next to competitor name in order to register selected competitor to specific division available in the event. You can also choose different team/affiliation.
  5. Confirm you choice, click OK. 6.Now your competitor(s) are registered to event. You will see your competitor in the table, chosen category will be visible.
  6. Additionally, you can send payment confirmation by clicking Send confirmation of payment and attaching PDF file.
